Ice Bear

Addition and remodel. This family needed more space for gatherings and a true master suite to get the most out of their home. An existing elevated porch was converted to add approximately 400 SqFt of additional kitchen. Custom engineering and beam work allowed us to remove the exterior wall and join the two spaces creating a large kitchen space. Two bedrooms were joined into one creating a large master bedroom with beautiful walk in closet and custom bathroom for two. The kitchen was fitted with a jumbo island, full custom cabinetry, dual sinks and dual refrigerators, as well as a 48" range, drink fridge and more! A 12' slider expands the space onto the new deck to bring the entertaining outside. Around back a new hot tub patio cover and private access to the master bedroom bring the space full circle to complete this amazing gathering place.

Bonus room bathroom refresh. This bonus room bathroom was ready for a refresh. We moved the toilet to open up the tub access and repaired the drywall. The tub was recoated instead of replaced, saving the client thousands. A new sink, vanity and mirror and fresh, black finishes throughout give this space a clean and functional feel.

Owyhee

The Owyhee remodel started as a remodel but ended as an all new home. The exterior was stripped to the sheathing and some walls replaced. A new roof, Hardie cement siding, windows and a fresh landscape finished the exterior. The interior design was reworked for a more efficient flow. It was stripped down to studs and received all new plumbing electrical and HVAC. New insulation and drywall and it was ready for finishing. Carpeted bedrooms and LVP flooring compliment the custom cabinetry and corian countertops. This 3/2 with office, custom kitchen and butlers pantry sold quickly - and over asking - and the new owners love the space.

Blue and Gold

A cool kitchen update. This face lift to the kitchen brought a modern feel to a space that had not yet been updated. The custom butcher block counters over the refinished cabinetry in blue with gold accents brought it up to speed.

Ipe Hot Tub

One of our favorite projects is this custom three tiered Ipe hot tub deck. It was a challenging design and the material is like cutting steel but the end results were worth all the labor. The stair edge and upper level follow the curve of the cedar and steel band circular hot tub. On the middle level there's great access to the tub as well as a hidden access door to get under for servicing all the plumbing and pumps.

Gut Rehab. This older rental home was ready for new tenants as well as a facelift. The property was cleaned out and stripped down. All walls were repaired and recoated. The electrical panel was upgraded and a new water heater in a new location opened the kitchen up for a redesign for more storage space. Fresh paint, trim and flooring had it looking sharp. All new finishes were installed throughout, leaving the property move-in ready.

Iron Springs

Tired overhang brought back to life. This patio cover was starting to fall apart. With the intention of repairing it we started to dismantle it until we were at solid material. Unfortunately only the posts were left. We decided to strip the posts and stain the new material taking it from a patio cover to a landscape feature.

Kit Fox

This 1970's split level had great space but no master bedroom or bathroom. The two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were gutted and reconfigured to create one large master suite with tub toilet room dual vanity and walk in closet. A powder room was also added connected to the living room adding functionality and value to the home.

Idaho 459

A new front porch and walkway to dress up the curb appeal. In preparation for a new metal garage, a concrete pad was installed as well as walkways on either side of the home. A patio cover with exposed tongue and groove ceiling was installed and tied into the home. Under it, a beautiful, clear stained redwood deck. A matching larger redwood deck was installed in the rear of the home as well.

Idlewood

This project was a complete remodel of the interior and exterior of this home. It included new fire rated cedar shingle siding, a new roof, custom stone work and copper flashings on the exterior. The interior was completely gutted beside the bedrooms and bathrooms. Engineered beams and steel were installed to create an open concept and coffered ceilings for the dining room. Faux beams were installed and large exterior doors. From the grand room a 16' double opening slider was installed to access the pool. The kitchen was finished with custom cabinetry, Wolf appliances and beautiful heated granite countertops.

Braemere

This was a fun project that had a dramatic effect on the feel of this home. Upgraded insulation was installed to meet current codes for this cathedral ceiling. It was then covered in tongue and groove, trimmed and sealed. The long, grooved runs of board made the space feel bigger and the color really brightened the home.

Water damage restoration leads to an updated kitchen and fresh feel. After a leaking skylight caused extensive water damage, PlanPro stepped in to get this property back in working order in a hurry. We started with remediation and tearing off the old roof. New insulation was blown in and a new skylight installed before fresh decking and a new shingles to keep the water out. Next the interior was put back together and a new kitchen and appliance package installed. We moved quickly to get this home back to the client in under 60 days.
